Rosalee is fantastic. she took time to understand the specific needs of my family member and assigned caregivers that provided excellent assistance during our time of need. Our family giver has dementia-like symptoms and is difficult to divert from exit-seeking behaviors and did not have a reliable sleep pattern. The caregivers were exceptional.
